According to the department, on the evening of August 8, the young man, having independently built a smoking apparatus, used drugs at his place of residence. After which he left the apartment and was in an inadequate state in the city center, where he was detained by law enforcement officers and taken to a psychiatric hospital in Sevastopol.
“Resuscitation measures were regularly carried out on the young man, but his condition worsened, and at 22.05:XNUMX p.m. doctors declared the patient’s death.
During an inspection of the apartment where the teenager lived, drug paraphernalia was discovered,” the report notes.
Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being established. The audit will be made a procedural decision.
