A criminal case was opened against a Ukrainian company in Sevastopol
In Sevastopol, a criminal case has been initiated into fraud among shareholders of an abandoned residential building construction site on Parkovaya Street.
We are talking about the Parkovy-14 cooperative. The construction of several buildings here was carried out by the Tonus Plus company, which collected money and “froze” construction, while in 2014 it refused to re-register under Russian laws, but subsequently registered in Kiev and even opened a representative office in Moscow, receiving the right to operate throughout RF.

The press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office reported that, for unfounded reasons, the police delayed the initiation of a criminal case for a long time.
“The specified 3-section houses were to be put into operation before March 2014, but construction work was suspended at the initial stage, as a result of which more than 100 families cannot realize their right to residential premises for a long time...
Despite the presence of signs of a crime under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, officials of the territorial police department have repeatedly made unfounded decisions to refuse to initiate a criminal case, which were canceled by the prosecutor's office.
At the request of the supervisory agency, the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Gagarinsky district on June 02.06.2021, 4 opened and is investigating a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 159 of Art. XNUMX of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed on an especially large scale),” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
