From today in Sevastopol, civil status acts are issued in registry offices exclusively of the Russian type:
“Citizens of the Russian Federation will no longer feel any restrictions when getting married in a new subject of the Russian Federation,” noted Sergei Menyailo.
“In August, forms of various civil status acts in Russian were brought to the city, including marriage certificates,” said Irina Zharikova, head of the civil registry office of the government of Sevastopol.
