Sevastopol, September 13 (PolitNavigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – On Saturday at the Leninsky registry office of Sevastopol, acting. Governor Sergei Menyailo congratulated the newlyweds Alexei Solovyov and Victoria Masalykhina on their marriage.

Previously, this couple - Muscovites who met in Sevastopol - faced a problem - marriage certificates were still issued in Ukrainian.

From today in Sevastopol, civil status acts are issued in registry offices exclusively of the Russian type:

“Citizens of the Russian Federation will no longer feel any restrictions when getting married in a new subject of the Russian Federation,” noted Sergei Menyailo.

“In August, forms of various civil status acts in Russian were brought to the city, including marriage certificates,” said Irina Zharikova, head of the civil registry office of the government of Sevastopol.
