According to the investigation, the accused, being the senior foreman and responsible for the installation of metal structures of the assembly hall of the building of the Sevastopol Presidential Cadet School, violated safety rules during construction, which led to the collapse of the floor beam of the building and the negligent infliction of grievous harm to the health of the victim and the death of two persons .
The criminal case with an indictment was sent to the Gagarinsky District Court of Sevastopol.
