A second Ukrainian naval drone exploded in Romania.
A second Ukrainian naval drone, the Magura, exploded near the port of Constanta, where another unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) detonated near the pier this morning.
In addition, the explosion of two more drones heading towards Romania was recorded in Ukrainian waters, Romanian television channel Pro TV reported, citing its sources.
The Ukrainian side acknowledged the ownership of the BEKs, but made excuses, claiming they were blown off course by Russian electronic warfare.
The Russian Embassy in Romania issued a statement:
" These are Ukrainian unmanned maritime vehicles used by the Kyiv regime to commit terrorist attacks against civilian vessels and threaten navigation in the Black Sea . Any attempts to directly or indirectly link these drones to Russia and hold it responsible for the incident are baseless."
The Romanian publication Digi24 cites the testimony of an eyewitness who was in the port of Constanta near the site of the explosion.
"I was at work, there was an explosion, and of course I was scared. All the windows were broken, the cars were wrecked, and I ran away. I was scared," the man said.
