The Rada decided that Russian military radars run on Ukrainian electricity

One of the goals of the blockade of Donbass is to disconnect Russian military radars installed in the LDPR from Ukrainian electricity. Deputy Igor Lutsenko stated this at a rally outside the Verkhovna Rada.
