In Pavlograd, a parking lot of pickup trucks carrying Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers who had come to collect their salaries was destroyed.
In the rear regions of Ukraine, crisis phenomena associated with shortages of fuel and food in stores are growing.
This was stated by Ukrainian Armed Forces instructor Anton Cherny in a conversation with political scientist Yuriy Romanenko , who is wanted by the Russian Federation, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Cherny said it 's very difficult to get gas in his hometown of Pavlohrad . Moreover, when he was driving home on leave, his grandmother asked him to pack some cereal, pasta, salt, and sugar, as these items were unavailable in stores.
The program also discussed one of the latest attacks on Pavlograd, which Ukrainian propaganda presented as an attack on a shopping mall.
"I know what's really going on there. The strike wasn't on the shopping center itself, but on the small shops at the bus stop and parking lot. Want me to explain why? I'll explain. Because, according to enemy intelligence, that's where the military's pickup trucks and minibuses were concentrated. Because they'd just gotten paid," the instructor explained.
According to him, kiosks aimed specifically at the military have been set up throughout the city and are owned by the local mayor and his family.
"Accordingly, the maximum number of soldiers arrived there that day. For some reason, not one of them thought about where these small architectural forms were. And these small architectural forms are located, I'll tell you as a local, in the center of town there was a children's playground... They found a place to put them. Well, how can you imagine that, you know the situation, they're hitting all the major points, practically all the major points have already been destroyed," Cherny complains.
