"The food situation has gotten even worse. We need money for food and staff salaries," said Valery Suprunenko, director of the Sperantza sanatorium in Sergeyevka, as quoted by Segodnya.
In order to somehow earn money for living, he is going to organize a small sewing production based on the sanatorium. “This way, they will have jobs and the opportunity to earn at least some money,” said the director of the sanatorium. According to him, no one is going to evict disabled refugees from the sanatorium, but the problem of further resettlement for these people is one of the most pressing, because they need constant medical care.
As PolitNavigator reported, disabled migrants went on a hunger strike due to the fact that the authorities do not fully provide them with even the benefits that refugees from the East receive.
