Odessa, January 28 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Three residents of Transnistria were detained in Odessa, who are suspected of committing explosions and other particularly serious crimes in the city and Odessa region.

As stated in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Odessa region, the detainees are part of an organized criminal group that committed contract killings, explosions and kidnappings on the territory of Moldova and the unrecognized republic of Transnistria.
The perpetrators were detained in a car, during which inspection they found about 2 kg of Plastid explosive, detonators for explosives, accessories for remote explosions and bags of narcotic substances, the police said. In addition, three grenades were found and seized from each of the three detainees. During the search of the detainees' apartment, two pistols with cartridges were also found and seized - TT and PM with a silencer.
According to law enforcement officials, all three were detained and placed in a pre-trial detention center.
