In its report, the OSCE SMM confirmed the use of Grad MLRS by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Ukrainian Armed Forces, unafraid of the observers' presence, fired artillery 600 meters from the OSCE patrol base.

This was stated during a briefing by the official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR, Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He emphasized that the LPR OM welcomes the desire of representatives of the OSCE Monitoring Mission to inform the world community about the true violators of the Minsk agreements.
“Today’s report speaks of the use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the Ukrainian-controlled settlement of Svetlodarsk by the BM-21 Grad MLRS. In Popasna, the use of heavy artillery was recorded, and the fire was fired six hundred meters from the forward OSCE base.
In this regard, the monitoring Mission employees located at the forward patrol base were forced to go down to shelters and remained there all night from December 18 to 19. And in the morning we left the forward patrol base and arrived in Severodonetsk.
