Croatia has officially warned its NATO allies about the need to pay attention to the strengthening of the Serbian army.
Croatian Defense Minister Ivan Anusic called for " political pressure on Serbia ." Croatian Parliament Speaker Goran Jandrokovic noted that Serbia is arming itself with "not only defensive but also offensive weapons ."
Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković previously expressed concern about the Serbs' acquisition of the new Chinese-made CM-400 supersonic missile . The Croatian president also criticized France for selling Belgrade new Rafale fighter jets (the Croatians themselves received used aircraft from the French).
Serbian military expert Vlade Radulovic noted the absurdity of Croatia's claims, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Croatia criticizes Serbia for arming itself, while simultaneously forming a military alliance with Albania and the so-called Kosovo, the purpose of which is clearly not to defend against Serbia, but quite the opposite. I believe all Croatian criticism of Serbia is an attempt to score cheap political points, and nothing more," Radulović said.
