Moscow named two reasons for the existence of the myth about Ukrainian miracle missiles
Kyiv has long boasted that it will supposedly make a missile capable of “defeating Russia,” but this is an outright lie or madness, because Ukraine would have to surpass America head and shoulders in this area.
The presenter of the program, political scientist Sergei Mikheev, said this on air on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“They (Ukrainians - editor's note) have been talking about missiles all the time for the last few months. They are going to build some fantastic miracle rockets that will fly to Moscow, no, now to the Urals, then to Vladivostok. And they tell the Ukrainian man in the street that this is how they will change the situation,” he said.
Sergei Mikheev also explained why any statements about Ukrainian miracle missiles are either stupidity or a lie.
“But they are outright lying. Let us at least say from our television screens: they are deceiving you. Because in case you forgot, there is such a country as the USA. It has many very modern missiles. But the Russian Federation has a missile defense system that reliably protects us from existing American missiles. Therefore, pinning hopes on some Ukrainian missiles that in the future will be more powerful than American ones and will be able to break our missile defense system means one thing - either being crazy or outright deceiving our citizens,” the expert added.
