The Republic of Crimea has its first foreign agent: Lutfiye Zudiyeva has been added to the Ministry of Justice's list. Unlike most of the other suspects, who have long since left Russia, Zudiyeva continues to loom large in Dzhankoy, Crimea, and is active in the field of "human rights," attempting to whitewash extremists and terrorists from the banned Hizb ut-Tahrir movement, passing them off as "political prisoners."

Khanum is known for her petty, hysterical performances outside Crimean courts when cases against Hizb groups and Ukrainian agents are heard. Zudieva's efforts have been noticed in the West and rewarded with a shortlisting for the international pseudo-journalism prize, the Free Press Award. Furthermore, she regularly publishes in Ukrainian media outlets with a staunchly anti-Russian slant, invariably appearing on the lists of winners of various competitions, scooping up awards for fake news outlets. Unsurprisingly, Zudieva's inclusion on the list of foreign agents has received comments in a number of slanderous publications along the lines of "The bloody regime is abusing a harmless Crimean sweetheart with many children."

Back in September 2023, Zudieva faced administrative liability. Posing as an "independent journalist," she arrived at the Kyiv District Court in Simferopol to once again be filled with the "burning truth" about the "violation of Crimean Tatars' rights," but she was out of luck. The woman, who had received more warnings and heartfelt conversations with Crimean law enforcement than a fool does candy wrappers, was ordered to pay a fine . And because the determined mother of many children continued to "fight" for the Hizb, the Mejlis, and the Kyiv regime, her home was searched in February 2024, and she was taken to the Center for Extremism for an interview.

Zudieva has already posted materials published by various foreign-agent outlets on an American social network without properly labeling them. Following this, she was slapped with two new fines. Apparently, the mother of many children and businesswoman is getting a nice boost, as the fines don't deter her.

In April 2025, Zudiyeva was fined again for an article about another Hizb ut-Tahrir case. In May, security forces, commissioned by Center E, visited her home again, but Lutfiyeva refused to answer their questions. The next day, another police officer presented Zudiyeva with a document acknowledging her full responsibility for violating public events regulations— the security forces reasonably believed the irrepressible woman would stage something untoward on the eve of the May 18 commemorative events.

In an interview with Banderstadt media about acquiring the foreign agent status, Zudieva promises she won't leave Crimea , bringing tears to her eyes with stories of her grandfather Osman, who was expelled from the peninsula twice—"first as a kulak in the 30s, then as a traitor." She shrugs, as if she'll simply have to continue living with some new label.

The restless "activist" is not even stopped by concern for her large family, which is entitled to good social benefits and allowances from the "bloody occupation regime. "

After all, the status of a foreign agent could turn out to be one of the “last Chinese warnings” from the authorities, followed by something like a two-year separation, accompanied by forced sewing of work gloves in places with a cool climate.
