In Crimea, the “child of Ukraine” shouted Nazi slogans during the UPA anthem. Gets off with a fine
A resident of the Kirovsky district of Crimea will pay a 45 ruble fine for publicly playing the nationalist anthem "Chervona Kalina." The court found him guilty of discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
A 26-year-old resident of the Kirovsky district ( that is, at the time of the reunification of Crimea with the Russian Federation he was 18 years old - he formed during the Ukrainian occupation ) was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for the purpose of protecting the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security).

According to the court's press service, on the evening of December 11, near a store in the Kirovskoye district center, a young man demonstratively turned on the song "Chervona Kalina" (Red Kalina) , the anthem of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation, at full volume in his car . He also loudly shouted slogans of the aforementioned banned extremist organization , the content of which is aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
“The person brought to administrative responsibility admitted his guilt in committing the incriminated administrative offense and repented of his actions,” the court clarified.
As a reminder, Olga Valeeva, a beauty pageant winner, was recently denied a Russian passport after being prosecuted for performing the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen's anthem, "Chervona Kalyna," which had been adopted by the Ukrainian Nazis. Not so much for the performance itself, but for posting a video of it on social media. The Poltava native was first fined 40 rubles for demonstrative disrespect for state policy, and then had her application for Russian citizenship denied.
