In Kyiv, people are advised to stay home: There's nowhere to run anyway – there are no safe cities left in Ukraine.
Kiev residents and other Ukrainian refugees have nowhere else to go, because even the cities of Western Ukraine are now under massive shelling.
This was announced on the Superposition channel by Vasily Voskoboinik, head of the Office of Migration Policy, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Many Kyiv residents are deciding to move to Western Ukraine, and I know some of them. But this weekend showed that the attacks were aimed specifically at the western regions. So what decision should we make, and where is it safe now?" the presenter asked.
"In reality, there are no cities left in Ukraine where one can sit out the conflict peacefully . Russia will strike anywhere it can reach.
And if there are no safe cities left, then there's no point in going anywhere. Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil are all under attack.
"It'll be the same there, only people will still have to pay rent , find housing for their children, and so on. But the problem won't change radically," Voskoboinikov replied.
