Kyiv witnesses "mass dispossession" of Russian oligarchs
For over a year now, the Russian leadership has allegedly been actively engaged in the purge of oligarchs and the nationalization of their assets, the profits of which are now used to replenish the military budget.
Kyiv political scientist Yuriy Romanenko, who is wanted for calls to kill Russian journalists, made this statement on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Over the past year, there's been a major redistribution of assets in Russia. They took Vadim Moshkovich's assets and grabbed gold miner Konstantin Strukov by the balls.
In March of this year, Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov reported that the state had seized more than four trillion rubles.
" This is a clear sign of the redistribution of property; the nationalization of huge, lucrative morsels of wealth from Russian oligarchs is underway . And it's either being nationalized or taken over by groups loyal to Putin. The scale of the redistribution is simply enormous. We're talking tens of billions of dollars," Romanenko asserts.
" The redistribution solves five problems. It gives the budget several hundred billion rubles, which are needed. And reserves worth trillions of rubles in the future . Export flows are transferred to the FSB. Putin's inner circle gains access to these assets.
" And the autonomy of regional and central elites is being destroyed. This is a massive combination of the food tax and the food requisition, plus the 1937, which is starting to gain momentum there," the propagandist wanted in Russia claimed.
