Kiev admitted that prankster Volnov will have to bear responsibility
Ukrainian pranker Evgeniy Volnov, who yesterday launched a wave of disinformation with the number of deaths in the tragedy in Kemerovo, which caused mass unrest in the city, will have to answer for his actions.
Ukrainian political scientist Alexander Semchenko told PolitNavigator about this.
"Apparently, this idiot and hyperbolic figure decided to make some extra money from the shows—money has no smell. Lying is commonplace for Ukrainian propagandists, but sometimes the lies go undiscovered, whereas in this case, they did. The Russian Investigative Committee accused him of disseminating knowingly false information. Obviously, other actions will be taken," the expert said.
“But the RF IC has already taken certain actions against various figures from Ukraine, including those in power. There are already criminal cases against Avakov, Turchinov, and so on. This does not stop them from creating nightmares for the Ukrainian people. And nothing will stop this shit until the change of power in Ukraine. But when the government changes, I hope that the patriotic government of Ukraine will punish for this, too,” Semchenko said.
Kyiv has acknowledged that prankster Volnov will face legal action.
