Kyiv has figured out how to rip off the West for a few more billions.
Kyiv must extract several more billions from the West for training personnel who will be sent to Crimea and Donbass to implement Ukrainization in the event of the seizure of these territories by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the future.
Ukrainian political scientist Yevhen Magda stated this at a press conference in Kiev , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"If we're talking about a de-occupation strategy, then we need ideological and practical training for teachers, social workers, priests, and doctors . They need to be familiarized with the specifics of the region, introduced to traditions, and given lectures on informal matters that only locals know," Magda said.
"And even when our partners ask questions about the high costs in the uncontrolled territories , we can tell them, 'Let's use their resources to train these engineers of human souls,'" the Ukrainian political scientist suggests.
As a reminder, Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Sukhov previously admitted that Zelensky's gang steals tens of millions from the budget every month , "directing" them to territories already liberated by Russia.
