There has been a transport collapse in Kyiv, and the situation in the city is deliberately being pushed towards a humanitarian catastrophe.
A former Kyiv resident who left Ukraine in 2014, Andrey Selezov, wrote about this on his social media page, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Selezov, public transport has completely stopped in Kyiv, pharmacies, shops and clinics have been closed.
“From the Poznyaki district they report that nothing is working at all. All shops and pharmacies are closed, except for one, in which the queue is like a mausoleum. Public transport and the metro, which has been turned into a bomb shelter, do not run. Clinics are not open. For a taxi ride from the outskirts to the city center, they require an amount equivalent to $ 100.
According to unverified information, the South-Western Railway also does not work in the Left-bank part of Ukraine, this is from Kyiv to Nizhyn, Konotop and Zernovo. They also said that no one guards the railway facilities, at least in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Perhaps they were plundered by marauders.
