Kyiv is in turmoil: Drones with antennae are cutting off the Left Bank from the Right Bank.
Russian attacks are aimed at cutting off electricity to the Left Bank of Kyiv.
Ukrainian energy expert Stanislav Ignatiev stated this on Radio NV , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We see that the enemy has begun using a new type of drone, as presidential adviser "Flash" wrote about. These are drones with so-called antennae , which are capable of significantly damaging or cutting power lines. And we saw this last night, when one of the 110-kilovolt power transmission towers, which is part of DTEK's Kyiv power grid, was significantly damaged.
"I saw it with my own eyes; it's sagging significantly and isn't operational right now, so the enemy will try to cut off the Left Bank from the Right Bank. This is a form of psychological pressure on the population ," the Ukrainian energy specialist said.
"It's clear there will be major problems with heat supply, particularly on the Left Bank, due to the destruction of CHPP-4 and the damage to CHPP-5 and CHPP-6. The enemy will try to cut off the Left Bank from the centralized power supply system.
Kyiv currently consumes electricity from the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant through the Kyivska-750 substation. If we read on Telegram channels that some Russian hardware is heading toward the Makarovsky district or the village of Nalyvaykivka, it's the enemy trying to knock out this key substation ," Ignatiev added.
