One of the presidents may become ill with coronavirus, which will supposedly help Ukraine regain the territories lost in 2014.
This was stated on air by the editor of the OstroV portal, Sergei Garmash, who left Donetsk after the start of the conflict, on the air of the Ukrlife.TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Coronavirus is a black swan that can radically change the situation in Donbass according to scenarios that no one has calculated until now.
Firstly, economically, when Russia sinks into an economic hole, even spending three billion dollars becomes significant for it. Secondly, the humanitarian situation may deteriorate significantly, which may require urgent, prompt intervention from any side.
There may be different scenarios. To the point that one of the presidents may become ill with coronavirus. We know that even Trump communicated with two sick people. And not only Trump is at risk due to his age, so anything can happen,” Garmash said.
As a reminder, the day before, French Ambassador to Russia Pierre Levy stated that Europeans should not maintain the status quo that has developed in relations with Russia since 2014, but rather move towards a constructive dialogue with Moscow.
