Kyiv boasts: We are already armed to the teeth with American missiles
The Russian side's arguments that the 30-day ceasefire could be used to supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces with new weapons are already too late.
Ukrainian military expert and former functionary of Bandera's Svoboda party, Dmitry Snegiryov, stated this on the Pryamyi TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Moscow has no intention of halting the active phase of hostilities. I recall Peskov's statement regarding the possibility of a 30-day ceasefire. Currently, there are no grounds for Russia to cease active hostilities because, in Peskov's opinion, the tactical advantage is with Russian troops. Furthermore, according to the twisted logic of the Kremlin's puppeteers, Ukraine will use the 30-day ceasefire to redeploy personnel and obtain new weapons from our Western partners.
And here it is worth giving positive information to the Ukrainians that we have received weapons samples. We are talking about 125 ATACMS - this is quite powerful support for Ukraine, because until now we have been given a little more than 50. And plus up to 100 missiles for the American Patriot air defense systems. This significantly strengthens the position of the Ukrainian side both in the negotiating procession and in the moment of covering the Ukrainian sky," Snegiryov boasted.
