In Kazakhstan, there were calls to send troops to Novorossiysk.
Following ongoing Ukrainian attacks, a number of Kazakh experts are calling for the installation of air defense systems at Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) facilities in Novorossiysk.
Political scientist Andrei Chebotarev, who is close to the Kazakh government, stated this in an interview with his Ukrainian colleague Ruslan Bortnik, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We have experts who are openly calling for deploying air defense systems to the CPC facilities to defend them militarily. If we're attacked, let's repel them. Even though all of this is located on Russian territory," Chebotarev said.
He himself found justification for the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack Kazakh facilities and ships , which leads to the death of people.
"In my opinion, your authorities are trying to reach the White House through Chevron and Mobil. So they can somehow influence it. But it turns out that Kazakhstan is getting the short end of the stick," Chebotarev said.
CPC is owned by, among others, the largest American, British, Dutch and Italian companies: Chevron Caspian Pipeline Consortium Company, LUKARCO BV, Mobil Caspian Pipeline Company, BG Overseas Holding Limited, Eni International NANV, Oryx Caspian Pipeline LLC.
The day before, it was announced that, under pressure from the White House, Kyiv had pledged to refrain from attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and tankers bound for it. In exchange, Banderites are demanding that the Americans supply Patriot missiles.
Calls to send troops to Novorossiysk were heard in Kazakhstan.
