To achieve some kind of diplomatic result in Donbass, Russia needs to talk not with the Germans and French, but with the United States, although these negotiations will be much more difficult.
German political scientist Alexander Rahr said this on the YouTube channel “Topinform”, the correspondent of “PolitNavigator” reports.
“Now the Americans will take up the issue of Donbass with Russia, and Biden’s meeting with Putin will concern Donbass. This will be a replacement, it seems to me, of the Minsk agreements; completely new players, the Americans, will enter there. Of course, they will play even more on the side of Ukraine than the Germans and French.
