This was reported by the Mayak radio station.

The corresponding instruction was given by the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin following a meeting with representatives of the All-Russian Popular Front, which took place on April 10. The deadline for this task is August 15. The head of state also instructed the government to organize the All-Russian Youth Forum “Tavrida” on the territory of Crimea. The deadline is August 2014.

Let us recall that in February last year, Vladimir Putin announced the need to develop a unified Russian history textbook for secondary schools, which will be devoid of internal contradictions. A unified historical and cultural standard has been developed, and a new textbook will be written on its basis.

Representatives of the Ministry of Education said that they will begin teaching history in a new way on September 1, although the textbook is not yet ready.
