The official representative of the DPR Armed Forces, Colonel Eduard Basurin, stated this during a briefing in Donetsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Look, Javelin is designed to destroy enemy armored vehicles, but if, according to the Minsk agreements, our equipment is not there, what will they shoot at? Except for the sparrows. Let the Americans supply Javelin, and let the Ukrainians learn how to shoot from it,” said Basurin.
