The Donetsk People's Republic lacks builders and general workers. The head of the republic, Alexander Zakharchenko, stated this during a direct line.

According to him, the total labor shortage is 12 thousand people.

“At the moment, notifications have been sent to all employment centers that about 12 thousand people are needed for work. These are not only construction specialties, but also general workers. These people will be involved in the restoration of the economy, the national economy and the housing sector. We lack 12 thousand workers,” Zakharchenko said.
