As the Navigator correspondent reports, at approximately 7.45, only Cossacks with red combat armbands and whips were seen near the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Men with shields in the colors of the flag of the Republic of Crimea lined up near the Council of Ministers.
Nearby, young guys waved the St. Andrew's flag and the flag of the USSR Navy.
