The outbreak of the Armenian-Azerbaijani war aims to close the ring of instability along the perimeter of Russia.
Belarusian political scientist Alexei Dzermant and Moldovan parliament member Bogdan Tsydrea simultaneously wrote about this on their Telegram channels, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The strike on the western front in Belarus failed. It looks like they decided to strike in the south. Also, the elections in Moldova in November will be very difficult,” Dzermant believes.
“The West launched revolutions and wars throughout the entire perimeter of Russia: Belarus, Donbass, Karabakh. In November they will try to connect Moldova too,” writes Tsydrea.
