Russophobes in Baku are drooling over Russian political scientists.
Russophobic Azerbaijani parliament member Rasim Musabeyov hopes that a third country will extradite three Russian political scientists, who have been placed on the international wanted list, to Azerbaijan, just as Belarus extradited blogger Alexander Lapshin to Baku in 2017.
He stated this in an interview with the Ukrainian YouTube channel "Daily Europe Online," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"There was this guy named Lapshin who also indulged in anti-Azerbaijani slander. But he was detained in Minsk at Azerbaijan's request, extradited to Azerbaijan, and spent some time here. He nearly went crazy with fear. And to this day, having shit himself, he continues to wander around and pollute the air. But he learned his lesson," Musabeyov said.
He predicts the same fate for political strategist Semyon Uralov.
"And these guys are the same. They think they can do this with impunity, but they're wrong. I don't know about the Ukrainian warrant, but under an Azerbaijani warrant, this Semyon could very well be detained in Georgia, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. He'll serve a little time and then realize that it's pointless to allow himself to stink on the airwaves like this," the Azerbaijani MP fumed.
Traveler and blogger, Russian and Israeli citizen Alexander Lapshin was arrested in Minsk on December 15, 2016, at the request of the Azerbaijani authorities and extradited to Baku on February 7, 2017, for visiting Nagorno-Karabakh in 2011 and 2012 without permission from the Azerbaijani authorities.
On September 7, 2022, the UN Human Rights Committee adopted a resolution finding the Belarusian authorities guilty of Lapshin's unlawful arrest.
