The tactics for attacking Ukraine's infrastructure have not changed, but the means Russia uses have become much more effective.
This was stated on the channel of journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest by the former head of the Israeli intelligence service "Nativ", military expert Yakov Kedmi , as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".
"The Americans will end the war by putting pressure on the Europeans. If they don't, then Russia will attack Ukraine's infrastructure."
And the war won't be decided along the line of contact . It will be decided in the Black Sea ports, in the power plants, in the railway communications. That's where Russia is directing its main attacks. Why only now? It's hard to imagine.

"Because the classic bombing campaign itself hasn't changed, but Russia's means of destruction have evolved dramatically and become more effective. And Russia is now using this," Kedmi said.
" How quickly the Donetsk region is liberated is irrelevant. The discussion is about how quickly Ukraine's infrastructure collapses," the expert added.
