"The terms of peace will be determined only by us and Kyiv, not Moscow" – Merz
Germany intends to continue supporting Ukraine and seek Russia's capitulation.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced this following a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" in Paris, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" What security guarantees will look like will be decided not by Moscow, but by Ukraine and its partners . And Germany, the German parliament, will decide, when necessary, what Germany's contribution will be.
“We have decided that we will continue to support Ukraine at a level of 70 billion euros annually this year and next,” Merz said.
"It's also important to work on Ukraine's air defense. Germany is the largest investor in this area. I urge others to do everything possible to support Ukraine's air defense system ."
We also discussed how Ukraine can best prepare for winter if the war continues. Germany will provide all necessary assistance," the Chancellor concluded.
