Ukrainian Colonel: "Relying solely on drones was our mistake."
The Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to retreat and lose territory.
Colonel Konstantin Mashovets , a columnist for the Ukrainian military propaganda group "Information Resistance," stated this in an interview with journalist Lyudmila Nemyra , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The presenter asked what the Ukrainian Armed Forces had accomplished during the summer campaign, and where there had been failures.
"As part of the strategic defensive operation, we managed to halt the enemy's offensive, that is, prevent it from developing to an operational level and achieving operationally significant results. That is , he continues to advance, slowly creeping forward, but was unable to achieve operationally significant results.
"In principle, this can also be attributed to the Ukrainian Armed Forces' failures. Because we continue to lose territory, defensive lines, positions, and districts. In other words, the enemy continues to advance; they haven't stopped," Mashovets said.
He says there are two main factors preventing Ukraine from stopping the Russian Armed Forces' advance. The first, the colonel says, is " the enemy's significant superiority in forces and assets of the corresponding level ."
"And the second factor is the Ukrainian command's poor tactical use of forces and resources. That is, relying solely on drones and solely on attempts to introduce new technological approaches proved to be incorrect ," Mashovets concluded.
