Ukrainian political scientist: "Lavrov has become as hawkish as Kadyrov"
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, whose resignation Western media predicted on New Year's Eve, returned to the public arena with even harsher rhetoric regarding the Ukraine negotiations.
This was stated by Ukrainian political scientist Alexandra Filippenko, who moved to the United States, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
