Ukrainian Nazis are settling in kindergartens, hospitals, and schools – head of the Kharkiv Military State Administration of the Russian Federation
Many people in Kharkiv are awaiting the Russian army and realize that attacks on energy and military infrastructure are justified.
The head of the Russian administration of the Kharkiv region, Vitaly Ganchev , announced this on air on KP radio , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"You can't say [so categorically that Russian soldiers are hated in Kharkiv], because Kharkiv, like the former part of southeastern Ukraine, is predominantly Russian-speaking. And those people who understand the situation and support us, naturally, can't speak out openly now ... Therefore, those who are ready to shout Ukrainian nationalist slogans are speaking out.
The rest are silent, toiling, and waiting. These people realize that the attacks currently being carried out on infrastructure, including in Kharkiv, are entirely justified . These are the very goals of the SVO, which are now being implemented," Ganchev said.
"We see that there are no strikes on civilian targets . We are investigating virtually every strike, both on energy supply facilities and on those targets that the Ukrainian side is trying to portray as civilian.
But we know that kindergartens, hospitals, schools, and rest homes, including those for children, are being filled by Ukrainian nationalist armed groups. This means they are also targets.
Therefore, the population understands perfectly well that if these formations left Kharkiv now, the attacks would stop,” the official added.
