Besides commercial reasons, Ukraine will not receive any licenses from the US for ammunition for Patriot systems, since after 1991 it simply lost the specialists with the necessary level to launch such production.
This was stated by former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council and former Deputy Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Sergei Krivonos, on the air of the video blog "Factory of News," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
