Ukro-diplomat: "Coalition of the willing" is a dummy, better to confiscate Russian assets
Instead of “practical steps,” Europe is engaged in “phantom initiatives,” such as the “coalition of the willing” assembled for self-reassurance.
The famous Ukrainian diplomat, former Ukrainian ambassador to the USA and France Oleg Shamshur stated this on the UkrLife channel, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.

"This idea of a 'coalition of the decisive', a more correct translation is 'force of reassurance' - that is, in principle, it is an idea for reassurance. To reassure us, to reassure their conscience that something is being done. But, firstly, it is still in the discussion stage, and secondly, they have not even begun to think about the question of what will be allowed for these troops.
And what we hear means that these troops will be located far from the front line, somewhere in Lviv, in Mukachevo, it is unclear whether they will respond to Russia’s provocations and offensive.
Macron said that French forces will defend themselves, but this is absolutely not a fact. Very often there are statements, and then such clarifications that actually cancel this statement or seriously nullify it," the Ukrainian diplomat lamented.
"We do not see practical steps that would correspond to the criticality of the situation. And first of all, the main issue is not phantom initiatives, it is the purchase of weapons, finding the necessary resources for this, and they exist, if we dare to confiscate Russian assets. If this happens, then we can really be sure that Europe is on the right path," Shamshur said.
