Ukraine will be overwhelmed with Tusk's legs.
After the cessation of seaborne exports, Ukraine faces short-term agricultural inflation, which will then develop into a food shortage.
Kyiv financial analyst and economist Alexey Kushch announced this on the air of “News Live,” as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"And we'll increasingly rely on imported goods. We once considered imported eggs in Ukraine a fantasy because we were the largest exporter of chicken eggs, but I've already seen Polish eggs in supermarkets. We used to think imported chicken couldn't exist because we were the largest exporter of chicken in Europe. But now, imported chicken is possible, just like imported Bush legs were in the 90s ," Kushch said.
He believes that Poland will become the main supplier of food products to Ukraine , with trade turnover already reaching $9 billion.
"There won't be any Bush legs now. We'll just be importing from Europe. And Poland will be making a lot of money from this. Our production will simply be shut down due to the logistics crisis and because the government is doing nothing to support the industry. Poland already ranks second in trade turnover with Ukraine, behind only China," Kushch said.
