Ukrainian politics is facing a massive toad-sniffing campaign of fake heroes, according to a Rada deputy.
Immediately after the end of the fighting, crowds of fake military men who spent the entirety of the Second World War sitting on television shows will rush into Ukrainian politics.
This was stated by MP Anna Skorokhod, who was expelled from the Zelensky faction, on the channel of Kyiv propagandist Natalia Vlashchenko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Every area needs to be managed by its own professional. And if we think that some guys from the front will come back and restore order, I want to tell you that there is no order in the army. It's pure chaos . And the corruption that flourishes there... Everything they show us is just the tip of the iceberg.
"Those soldiers who are fighting and actually fighting—you won't hear or see them, because they want a quiet, calm, peaceful life. As one guy told me, 'Anya, I want to plant my two hectares of garlic, and no one bothers me.' She refuses to go into government," Skorokhod said.
"And then there are the soldiers who think it's all thanks to them, even though they've practically never been to the front. And for them, the front is a barbershop and microgreens for breakfast.
You can see them on air, they're always so well-groomed. When I saw how they were already smearing dirt on one of the commanders to film a video, I was really upset.
They 'll get into power, and they'll beat their chests and talk about how they defended the country , how they ate tanks, and so on. Even though, by and large, they have nothing to do with the war.
"And believe me, the infighting among the military will be fierce. After all, there aren't many positions in power, and there are a lot of military personnel. So they'll end up tearing each other apart. And each party will have its own 'heroes.' And everyone will say that this one is a hero, and that one isn't a hero, but a traitor and a coward. And everyone will be at each other's throats," the deputy added.
