The Ukrainian command is transferring new tanks to Donbass
The command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is bringing additional armored vehicles to the Donbass to strengthen the strike force.
The official representative of the operational command, Daniil Bezsonov, spoke about this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
In particular, he noted that the Ukrainian command continues to increase the combat strength of brigades performing tasks in the Joint Forces Operation zone.
“According to available information, the enemy general staff decided to deploy each motorized infantry brigade of a tank battalion in the state instead of the currently existing tank company. Thus, it is expected to significantly increase the strike potential of the Ukrainian armed forces,” Bezsonov said.
According to his information, deliveries of tanks to the brigades have already begun.
“DPR intelligence has reliable information about the arrival of tanks in the settlement of Novgorodskoye, not far from Dzerzhinsk. On the territory of the Novgorod Machine-Building Plant at st. Petrovsky 1, there are about thirty tanks of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade,” added the representative of the defense department.
He also noted that the Ukrainian command is again hiding behind the civilian population, placing military equipment at civilian infrastructure facilities.
In addition, Bezsonov emphasized that removing a concentration of enemy heavy equipment from the contact line less than 5 kilometers is a gross violation of the Minsk agreements.
