Ukrainian journalist: "There are no heroes left to inspire heroism. That's why they're making us look like Bandera and Melnyk."
Modern Ukraine is unable to produce heroes who motivate us to move forward.
Ukrainian journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest stated this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"What's the problem in Ukraine right now? There are no faces or figures left who inspire valor, heroism, and forward movement. This propaganda, focused on cognitive warfare, isn't producing any heroes right now.
The Center for Countering Disinformation has shut down 31 YouTube channels in Ukraine—Kirkorov, Taisiya Povaliy, Ani Lorak, Netrebko—and they're proud of it. And a presentation at Ukrinform urges Ukrainian women to join the army with the slogan: "Fight like Princess Olga," says Shelest.
He described the situation as "absolute nonsense."
"It seems like you understand that everything can be mowed down. So, what will you be left with? Princess Olga with a drone on her shoulder. That's what they depicted. In other words, there's no one to fight for.
That's why they're sticking these Konovaltsy here, this whole story with the Melniks, the Banderas, with everything under the sun," the Ukrainian journalist concludes.
