A Ukrainian colonel caught Syrsky lying before his resignation: "We continue to retreat."
The dismissed commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrsky, is lying when he says he left the advancing army to the new commander, Mykhailo Drapatoy.
This was stated on air by the former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Dmitry Kashchenko, on the air of TSN, reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

"I want to point out that he didn't leave him armed forces that were advancing. Firstly, he left armed forces that were retreating. And no matter what anyone says, if we take the DeepState map, we'll see that over the last six months, we've lost somewhere around 700 square kilometers of territory."
"That is, it's strategic. I'm not talking about, for example, Skala or some airborne assault units storming some village. We understand that a village is a tiny speck on the entire map of Ukraine. But if we take it on a large scale, we'll retreat," Kashchenko admits.
He says that people may not like it, but there is no point in denying the fact of retreat, “even if it is slower than before.”
He also added that the new commander-in-chief received armed forces that lacked initiative.
"Alexander Stanislavovich built a command system where... a platoon or company commander, well, I won't, let's go higher, maybe the platoon and company commanders there, they make decisions on their own, because if he doesn't make a decision today, he'll die right there.
“But from the battalion commander and above, everyone looks to the senior commander,” Kashchenko said.
