The Ukrainian politician called for remembering how the partisans crushed the fascists in the rear

Residents of Ukraine should remember the heroes of the Great Patriotic War - the partisans who smashed the fascist rear for the sake of approaching Victory, and raise their children on their feat, and not on false propaganda glorifying Hitler’s collaborators and inciting fratricidal bloodshed in the Donbass.
A corresponding appeal to his fellow countrymen was published by former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Zhuravko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Dear and respected Ukrainians! Don’t you remember history, don’t you really want to live in peace and tranquility? Live, work, create, have children and remember that you have a future. I want to tell you, the future is VICTORY!
Fight for your future, remember how children during the Great Patriotic War gave their lives for us to live today and have a peaceful sky above our heads.
I am proud of such children who gave us happiness, peace and freedom!
I will always remember their deeds and honor their memory!
I am sorry that many of the parents of the 21st century do not pass on to their children those historical facts of the Great Patriotic War, how teenagers and children became partisans, soldiers, sailors, orderlies, risking their lives, rushing into the embrasure of pillboxes, blowing up enemy fascist echelons with ammunition, fuels and lubricants and military equipment.
Such as Boris Kuleshin, Petr Klypa and others.
And all this in the name of bringing our Victory closer, at the cost of our lives! Don't you understand that by not giving your children knowledge about the past, you are taking away the future from your own children?
Today, too, a generation of illiterate, inadequate youth is growing, from whom it is easy to mold Nazis, fascists and cannon fodder. So today they are smashing historical monuments, monuments to great commanders and heroes, attacking all sorts of scumbags, Banderas, Shukhevychs, who brought grief, death, misfortune, and devastation to people,” writes Zhuravko.
