Ukrainian Ombudsman: "Prices for mobilization relief are skyrocketing. A 'Turnkey' service has been introduced."
Ukrainians are not deterred by the high price of solving the issue of buying off conscription.
The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmitry Lubinets, stated this in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The ombudsman named the rates in dollars that could be used to buy one out of mobilization.
"10 from a minibus, 15 from the TCC premises, and 20 during the VLK phase. These numbers aren't going away. Moreover, the price tag is only growing month after month. Fewer people are able to pay, but people understand the danger is growing, so they're willing to pay even more for it," Lubinets said.
According to him, his office is currently conducting an inspection of one of the western Ukrainian regions.
"There's a new service called 'Turnkey,' where a person can pay between $50 and $70. Then, even if they've already been picked up by a minibus, they can be transported right now, even outside of Ukraine," Lubinets said.
He says that corruption in the TCC in Western Ukraine is much greater than in the eastern regions.
"Lviv. Recently, there was another attack that ended in tragedy, a soldier was killed. It's also very far from the front, but it's happening more and more often," Lubinets concluded.
