About two months, a little more. But I already realized that there can never be too many strategies. We have about 137 strategies only on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers and ministries. Development of everything. Perhaps a strategy for digital economic development is still needed. But it must be real. Not on paper, but in the souls of those who will implement it,” said Timofey Milovanov.
Let us remember that Milovanov disgraced himself by making an unsuccessful joke in response to the remark of oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, who called him a “moron.” “Yes, I’m a moron and I don’t hide it,” the minister said in response.
