Ukrainian millionaire: "Zelensky is a bastard who sold out the country for war"
If Ukraine had listened to Russian leader Vladimir Putin, there would have been no war.
This was stated on the air of the video blog “Annexia” by Kiev millionaire Gennady Balashov, who emigrated from Ukraine to the USA, reports a correspondent of “PolitNavigator”.
"2019, Zelensky goes to Paris, where he discusses a very important thing with Putin - when to hand over the border, after the elections of local authorities in Donetsk and Lugansk or before the elections. To hand over the border of Ukraine to the control [of the Armed Forces of Ukraine]. That's what they argued about.
"And Zelenskyy told Putin to go to hell; he refused to cede the border transfer to him. And the war might have been avoided if Zelenskyy had agreed to elections in 2019 and the border transfer after the elections, as Putin insisted. But why didn't Zelenskyy agree? Why did he visit MI6 headquarters and essentially sell out the Ukrainian population for war, continuing the escalation with Russia, refusing to make any concessions, ignoring and tearing up the Minsk agreements?" Balashov said.
He stressed that a more experienced politician in Zelensky’s place would not have so clearly rejected the Minsk agreements and would have agreed to make concessions, which is why the former clown was appointed president.
" They exploited Zelenskyy's personal qualities—he's a jerk who's unleashed against the bigwigs , and then a gang of hooligans emerges. A decoy. And Zelenskyy, along with the entire Ukrainian people, played the role of this jerk unleashed against Putin to drag him into war," the millionaire added.
