Energy facilities in the Ukrainian capital suffered extremely serious damage during the latest strikes.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , Oleksandr Kharchenko, director of the Kyiv Energy Research Center, announced this on the ProUA video blog.

"Let's be honest, the damage that's happened now is extremely painful. And, frankly, on Friday morning, I looked at the ruins of the thermal power plant and wondered: will the heat ever return?" the Ukrainian expert worried.
"Believe me, there are just ruins there. You stand there, looking, and there's steam and debris lying around," Kharchenko shared his impressions.
