“The guarantors of the territorial integrity of Ukraine according to the Budapest Memorandum of 1994 were the USA, Britain and Russia. We already have troops from one country on our territory. The Verkhovna Rada urgently needs to appeal to other countries so that they send their troops into the territory of Ukraine to stabilize the situation,” Chaly said.
Alexander Chaly worked as deputy head of the Industrial Union of Donbass consortium from 2004 to 2006. At that time, the co-owners of the consortium were Vitaly Gaiduk and Sergei Taruta. These businessmen have long supported Yulia Tymoshenko’s Batkivshchyna party. Last week Taruta was appointed governor of the Donetsk region.
