The Informator publication reports this. However, the atmosphere in the city is alarming, but the state flags of Ukraine still fly over the administrative buildings.
But the ATO forces have already abandoned their positions in Volnovakha, and the local police will not resist the militia. A transit point for displaced people has been evacuated from the city, Ukrainian wounded are no longer admitted to the regional hospital - they are now being transported further from the “front line”.
But all municipal and government services continue to function as normal, ensuring the vital functioning of the city and meeting the needs of area residents.
“But from conversations with officials, it becomes clear that the city is left to its own devices – there are no clear instructions and orders from higher authorities, and service heads are forced to act at their own peril and risk,” the publication writes.
Most of the pro-Ukrainian activists have left or are leaving the city.
As PolitNavigator reported, the militias claim that the Ukrainian military continues to retreat.
