Lviv's First Deputy Mayor, Andriy Moskalenko, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We have a problem with the employees of the municipal heating and water utilities. They are only 75% booked.
"And recently, we've had a very large outflow of workers from these services . They're going to other companies, private or public, but where they'll have 100% reservations," Moskalenko said.
"Just so you understand, out of 2000 employees in the thermal power industry, only 400 have reservations . Some have reached 70 years of age, and three or four of them lose their reservations.
"That's why good engineers are leaving for private companies. We've been asking about ensuring equal armor protection—it's a very important issue—but so far, to no avail," he complained.
